In March 2022, Africa Criminal Justice Reform (ACJR) and the Legal Resources Foundation (LRF) Trust hosted a stakeholder engagement workshop in Nairobi, Kenya on the socio-economic impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and the criminal justice system.

The workshop report on Kenya was launched in July 2022 as part of a compendium report titled “COVID-19 restrictions and the impact on criminal justice and human rights - findings from five African countries”.
