Co-hosted by Centre for Human Rights Education Advice and Assistance (CHREAA) , the workshop seeks to enhance an understanding of democratic policing and identify ways to make policing more democratic including through decriminalisation of certain offences and making fewer offences cognisable (for which arrest without a warrant is possible).
