The Centre for the Study of Violence and Reconciliation (CSVR), the Africa Criminal Justice Reform, the Kenyan Human Rights Commission and REDRESS cordially invite you to a side event and cocktail reception on the occasion of the launch of the African Commission’s General Comment No: 4 on the Right to Redress for Victims of Torture and Ill-treatment under Article 5 of the African Charter.
